The sourcing programme introduced standardized scopes of work, service-level agreements, transparent pricing mechanisms, and structured commercial negotiations covering deployment costs, overtime, holiday staffing, and associated operating expenses. Governance was further strengthened through annual pricing agreements, clearly defined performance indicators, centralized account management, and standardized operational requirements for training, uniforms, and equipment.
