The UAE Ministry of Energy and Infrastructure participated for the first time in the 34th Egypt Energy Exhibition, underscoring its commitment to sustainable energy and smart infrastructure development. The event, held from October 14–16, 2025, in Cairo, brought together global leaders to exchange expertise and attract investment in the energy sector. His Excellency Eng. Ahmed Al Kaabi, Assistant Undersecretary for Electricity, Water, and Future Energy, stated that the Ministry’s involvement reflected the UAE’s dedication to driving clean energy transition and aligning with the ""We the UAE 2031"" vision. He emphasized that the exhibition provided a critical platform to engage with decision-makers and explore new avenues for collaboration. Organizers highlighted the significance of the UAE’s participation as a milestone in strengthening regional cooperation. The exhibition, which featured over 150 international and regional speakers across seven specialized conferences, spotlighted Egypt’s plans to increase renewable energy capacity to 42% by 2030, supported by government investments and advanced smart energy technologies. Held alongside FIREX Egypt 2025, the exhibition served as a hub for innovation, resilience, and knowledge-sharing across the power value chain, reinforcing the region’s joint efforts toward energy transition and industrial safety.
