You should have a minimum of 7 years of experience in the Salesforce CRM platform domain with knowledge and solutions skills required in the implementation of Industry clouds such as Financial Services Cloud/Health Cloud/Consumer Goods Cloud/Life sciences Cloud/Energy & Utilities Cloud/Data Cloud
Implementation experience in Einstein Analytics will be preferred
Effective communication skills, strong analytical abilities and problem-solving skills are required
Must have strong business & data analytics/excel skills and presentation skills
Required SFDC certifications

Your Job
You will be responsible for providing consulting support on Salesforce projects by working closely with clients to conduct design sessions, gather and refine requirements, and ensure the solution aligns with their needs
Present regular working demos to stakeholders and work alongside the implementation team on delivery and implementation tasks
Apply consulting skills and knowledge to support the implementation of Salesforce solutions tailored to specific client needs and have the knowledge and solutions skills required in the delivery of transformation projects which include implementation of Industry clouds such as Financial Services Cloud, Health Cloud, Consumer Goods Cloud, Life sciences Cloud, Energy & Utilities Cloud
Collaborate with project teams to ensure successful delivery of Salesforce implementations
Leverage Salesforce's AI-powered tools to extract valuable insights from their data, and help in design, implement, and optimize data-driven solutions that improve business processes, enhance customer experiences, and drive strategic decision-making
Engage in pre-sales activities such as responding to RFPs, developing proofs of concept, crafting impactful presentations, demonstrating solutions during client meetings, and contributing to effort and cost estimation processes
Contribute to initiatives by developing points of view, creating reusable assets in the Commerce and Sales space, analyzing industry research and market trends, and introducing innovative solutions
