You must have deep expertise in CMDB architecture, CSDM implementation, and service modeling in large enterprises, preferably in regulated environments like banking.
Experience in Discovery, Service Mapping, IntegrationHub/APIs, and CI lifecycle management.
You should have ServiceNow certifications such as CSA, CIS (Discovery/Service Mapping), or CSDM Architect/Practitioner.
You must have hands-on experience delivering enterprise-grade CMDB aligned to CSDM, with focus on data quality, dependency mapping, and governance.
Exposure to AI/GenAI in ITSM/ITOM use cases, including integration of AI tools with ServiceNow, and familiarity with agentic AI or generative AI solutions.
Strong understanding of operational resilience, audit requirements, and embedding CMDB into incident/change processes.
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and cross-functional leadership skills.

Your Job
You will define the enterprise CMDB and CSDM architecture, including service models (business, application, technical), CI class hierarchy, relationships, and lifecycle states.
Lead the design and implementation of CSDM domains (Foundation, Design, Manage, Operate) and define service modeling standards for Tier-1 / critical banking services.
Architect Discovery and Service Mapping strategies for accurate dependency mapping.
Ability to define integration and data ingestion patterns using IntegrationHub, APIs, and MID Servers.
Establish CMDB governance, including data quality standards, reconciliation rules, source-of-truth policies, and certification/audit controls.
Collaborating with stakeholders across Service Management, Architecture, Engineering, and Risk.
