Capabilities

  • You should have at least 7 years of experience in SAP PLM packages (PDM functional knowledge and configuration, PPM, Master Data, EBOM, PS), along with strong functional and implementation expertise and solid project and customer management skills.
  • Experience of at least 6 years in industry with SAP PLM package implementations, including strong knowledge of configuration, Agile architecture, and its components.
  • Experience in classification migration, master data cleansing, and engineering master data management is preferred.
  • You will be responsible for configuration, solution evaluation, validation, and deployment activities with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong project management experience with excellent communication and teamwork skills is expected.
  • Ability to work in a global environment using an onshore–offshore delivery model.
  • Sensitivity and the ability to effectively work with diverse cultures and working styles.
  • Ability to rapidly learn and apply new engineering technologies, with exposure to other PLM tools being an advantage.
  • An engineering background is required, with an MBA preferred.

Your Job

  • You will lead Engineering and R&D transformation programs to drive innovation and process enablement for clients.
  • You will lead and curate relevant assets and offerings in PLM enablement, Integrated BOM, Product and Engineering Master Data Management, and Digital Twin and Digital Thread areas. This includes developing and executing go-to-market strategies in collaboration with leadership teams.
  • Ability to demonstrate an in-depth understanding of Product Data Management and drive the product journey by defining PLM roadmaps, process design, value realization, and PLM maturity assessments.
  • Experience in Master/Material Data Management and data migration tools, delivering innovative solutions that meet client requirements.
  • You will enable transformation in R&D by leveraging SAP PLM capabilities and designing business processes for package/product design, Bill of Material (BOM) management, Engineering Change Management, product research, simulations, prototyping, product testing (qualitative and quantitative), and supplier integration.
