You should have 10+ years of experience in telecom architecture with strong expertise in OSS/BSS environments.
Proven experience in designing and implementing large-scale OSS solutions including service assurance, inventory, and fault/performance management.
Deep understanding of TM Forum standards, eTOM, NGOSS, and Open APIs.
You should have familiarity with cloud-native OSS architectures, virtualization platforms such as OpenStack, and containerization technologies like Kubernetes.
Strong knowledge of IP/MPLS networking, mobile core architecture, and multi-domain orchestration.
Relevant certifications such as TOGAF, ITIL, TM Forum, or equivalent are preferred.
Experience with knowledge graphs, digital twins, and predictive analytics for OSS automation.
Exposure to AI/ML-driven service assurance and autonomous network frameworks.
Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Lead the design and implementation of OSS platforms including service assurance, inventory management, and fault/performance monitoring systems.
Define architecture aligned with TM Forum standards, eTOM frameworks, and Open APIs for seamless system integration.
Collaborate with network, IT, and business teams to ensure effective integration between OSS/BSS, network domains, and enterprise systems.
Drive transformation initiatives involving cloud-native OSS, virtualization using OpenStack, and containerized platforms such as Kubernetes.
Provide architectural guidance and technical leadership to delivery and engineering teams.
