Capabilities

  • Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders across business and IT.
  • Experience in leading or supporting large CRM transformation programs.
  • Nice to have: CRM platform certifications (Dynamics 365 / Salesforce) and experience with global rollouts or multi-country implementations.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Your Job

  • You will design and architect end-to-end CRM solutions for large enterprise environments.
  • You will lead CRM implementations across complex, multi-system landscapes.
  • Ability to work closely with business, technical, and leadership stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable CRM architectures.
  • Define CRM integration strategies with ERP systems, legacy platforms, and cloud environments.
  • Ensure best practices, governance, security, and scalability across CRM platforms.
  • Provide technical leadership during CRM implementations, upgrades, and migrations.
  • Collaborate with global delivery teams within Large GCC and System Integrator environments.
