Experience with Microsoft Azure, including integration services and cloud architecture.
You should have a strong understanding of system integrations, APIs, and data migration processes.
Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders across business and IT.
Experience in leading or supporting large CRM transformation programs.
Nice to have: CRM platform certifications (Dynamics 365 / Salesforce) and experience with global rollouts or multi-country implementations.
