  • Hands-on experience in HR transformation and Talent Management projects
  • Expertise in HR Operating Model / HR Service Delivery Model
  • HR Shared Services
  • HR Process
  • HR Policy Design and harmonisation
  • HR Diagnostics / Analytics
  • HR Technology
  • Org Design
  • Talent Management including Recruitment, Performance Management, Competency Modelling, Career Framework, Reward Design, Strategic Role Assessment, etc.
  • Project Management of large HRT engagements
  • Design and deployment of HR Service Delivery Model across a diverse set of organizations
  • Desired knowledge of HRIT and ERP (Oracle/SAP)
  • Knowledge of outsourcing business model of key HR processes
  • Prior relevant consulting experience is a must
  • Working experience with international clients is desirable

Qualifications

MBA from Tier 1 institute/Master’s degree

Your Job

  • Leadership: Grow the practice, achieve target metrics, and ensure team engagement and delivery quality.
  • Engagement Management: Handle engagement risk, project economics, account receivables, and define deliverable content.
  • Business Development: Collaborate with a global sales team to identify and win potential opportunities.
  • People Development: Counsel and coach, contribute to staffing processes, and engage in recruitment and retention activities.
  • Domain Development: Develop assets and methodologies, contribute to marketing collateral, and engage in public speaking and publications.
