You must have 12–15+ years of technology leadership experience, including 5+ years in AI/ML and Generative AI.
You must have a proven track record in building and scaling AI teams and Centers of Excellence (COEs), and commercializing AI products from research to market.
You should have deep expertise in LLMs, Generative AI, NLP, Computer Vision, and modern AI frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Hugging Face.
Experience with cloud AI platforms (AWS SageMaker, Azure ML, GCP AI) for deploying enterprise-grade AI solutions.
You should have a strong understanding of MLOps/LLMOps, CI/CD for ML, and security best practices in AI systems.
Qualifications
Ph.D. from a top-tier institute (IIT, IISc, MIT, Stanford, etc.) in Computer Science, AI, or related field.
