Your Job

  • You will oversee the end-to-end contract lifecycle, including drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and executing contracts.
  • Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and corporate governance requirements across all contracts.
  • Ability to identify, assess, and mitigate contractual risks, providing guidance to business teams.
  • Manage contract approvals, renewals, amendments, and tracking using contract management systems.
  • You will collaborate with internal stakeholders including legal, finance, procurement, and business units.
  • Develop standard operating procedures, templates, and best practices for contract management.
  • Lead, mentor, and guide junior team members in contract administration and compliance processes.
  • Support audits, reporting, and performance metrics related to contract management operations.
