Your Job

  • Mergers & Acquisitions: Supporting clients throughout the deal lifecycle, from target screening and synergy assessment to due diligence, post-merger integration, and portfolio interventions.
  • Cost Transformation: Identifying strategic cost take-out opportunities and driving business transformation initiatives.
