You should have prior experience in Circular economy, sustainability consulting, or environmental management, with proven experience in implementing circular economy strategies
Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of circular economy principles, waste management practices, life cycle assessment (LCA), and familiarity with tools/software used in sustainability assessments
Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze complex environmental data and propose innovative solutions for circular economy challenges
Communication and Stakeholder Engagement: Excellent interpersonal skills for working with diverse stakeholders, including internal teams, clients, and regulators

Your key responsibilities include Strategy Development: Lead the development and execution of circular economy strategies, including resource optimization, waste reduction, and product life cycle extension initiatives
Technical Expertise: Provide subject matter expertise on circular economy practices and guide internal teams and clients on how to transition to sustainable production and consumption models
Project Management: Oversee and execute projects focused on material recovery, recycling, and repurposing, working with cross-functional teams to implement these initiatives
Policy and Compliance: Stay updated on local and global regulations related to circular economy and waste management, ensuring Cognitud’s practices are in line with legal and industry standards
Training and Capacity Building: Conduct workshops, training sessions, and awareness programs for employees and partners to foster an understanding of circular economy principles
Data Analysis and Reporting: Track and analyze key metrics related to resource efficiency, waste reduction, and material recovery to assess project impacts and identify areas for improvement
